Size is 4'x8' with thickness of 20mil. In Hawaii we call this "Chocolate Heart" Albizia because it is the rarer of the Albizia trees which are similar to the Monkey Pod tree. What was once a weed tree is now a very desirable hardwood, especially as a replacement for Hawaiian Koa, which sometimes people confuse these veneers with Koa they are so similar.
The wood is moderately hard, lightweight and fairly strong. The wood shrinks very little and takes a finish beautifully, thus making great looking furniture and cabinetry.
